If they released some games now then you could buy the ones you want now and pick up some others cheaper after a month or two, thus saving money and getting some lovely 1st party immediately.... picking up those 3rd parties later. Are you seriously saying that if they announce later that Uncharted 4 and GT 7 were coming in November you would be angry and disappointed? Of course not?!
I'm just saying, Sep-Nov is already filled up with A LOT of great games, why not release them a little later, so that everybody wins? Sony will get their money either way i'm sure.
I like when games are spaced out, so that it doesn't feel like their is a huge vacuum inbetween games.
