I did not watch the show so I cant comment on the presentation.
BC is nice, not huge. It was never a big deal when consoles used to have it. But I agree it is a nice to have.
Find it funny after Bloodborne was such a success for Sony, MS is trying to get their name all over Dark Souls 3, again taking the lead from Sony, before Sony sold BB as a must have game MS would never have highlighted a Dark Souls type game.
Too me the biggest new was Mod compatibility for Fallout 4, if Sony cant make it happen on the PS4 it will ensure the better console version is on the XB1 even if performance is better on the PS4. PC gamers must hate this announcement Mods were really the main thing separating PC and console versions of games, if console games start getting the mods all PC gamers will have left is better performance (at a much greater cost).
