There's a bundle with every mentionned in the Direct for $27.50 so all characters, stages and Mii costumes but sadly there doesn't seem to be a bundle for just the characters or just the stages since I have no interest in Mii costumes.

Mynintendonews.com says its ~$21.96 for Wii U/3DS but ~$29.16 for both systems.

Wow I just did the math and the everything bundle for both system isn't even cheaper.
