I was thinking about that too, though that might have to wait until we start seeing wireless VR.  Sadly, that may have to wait a generation or two and even that's assuming of course that this generation of VR is sucessful.

I always thought they were all wireless. I'm literally shocked right now! That's so lame, this turned me off completely. .-.
