Monthly hardware sales in America

Hello all

I'm new to the site and I recently registered - I have a query which hopefully you will be able to answer.

I need monthly hardware sales in the US for all of the major platforms, going back as far as possible to 2002.

I have used 'Chartz/Hardware table' so far, but I was wondering if this data already existed either as a report or in the forums?

I would be very grateful if you could let me know where to access the data, or point me in the right direction.
