It wouldn't be a THE ORDER thread without someone trying to say this, lol.
"These reviewers didn't like the game that I did, so they MUST HAVE PLANNED IT!".
Just accept the game as what it is and the reviews it got and move on. They're just other people's opinions in the end, just like how you think the game is great, they think it is awful/bad or just not that good. No point in trying to get defensive over something that isn't even true. I have never played the game but seeing people get all defensive over other people's opinions is really tiresome, especially when they pull out the dumb "They must have planned it!" card.
There was no smear campaign or hate campaign. The game is what it is.
