Don't know if anyone caught it, but a few days ago Splatoon was out of stock on Amazon; only third party sellers had stock, Amazon was going to take an extra few days to get it in. Also, Nintendo and Amazon seem to be improving relations, New 3DS XL is actually being sold by Amazon, first Nintendo hardware they have carried in a while.
