E3 is one of my very favorite parts of the year, thanks largely to the surprises.  But there has never been a year like this one, where game after game gets spoiled, and each time I think it's the last thing--until the next one comes a day later.  I think the latest 3DS spoiler is the last straw for me though.  I adore hanging out on forums and chatting about E3 while we all wait, but I think I'm going to have to go on media blackout for myself.  So (assuming I have the strength to stick to it), you won't be seeing me on here until after or at least during E3.

I'm less saying this here because I think you all care a ton whether or not I'm around, but more to open up the discussion:  Is all this stuff bugging you?  Are you tempted to avoid gaming sites as well until it's over?  Or does this just add to the fun?  I've seen people bring it up here and there on the specific news posts, but it would be fun to get a few different perspectives.

(And I'm getting off the computer straight away after that, I swear!)
