How Good was the Sega Dreamcast?

Basically I feel the DC was a revolutionary system that still had a bit of it's heart in the days of 16bit(not a bad thing). The Dreamcast is the last of it's breed, would be a shame to have missed out on an important part of gaming's timeline. It still makes me sad thinking of this, boy what I wouldn't give to see Sega return to dominance. Hope that made sense to someone, cause I went all over the place there, sorry got a bit of a head cold.

Wait, the DC was more powerful than the PS2?  Seriously?  That doesn't seem possible.  Also, I would love to see a Sega resurgence as well, they were so good at what they did, it's a shame.
