Path of Radiance is one of my all-time favorite games, and Ike is my favorite hero, so he took the top spot pretty easily. I loved Wayu even if she didn't do too much canonically; plus girls with high strength growths rule. And I liked Hector for the same reason I liked Ike, definitely my favorite hero in that game (though Lyn was close).
If went past three, I'd have a tougher time choosing, but they'd likely mostly be Tellius or Elibe characters.
