I've got a bone to pick with you and Totodile. You played gen 2 right? You should know that totodile was by far the most useful out of the three starters. Chikorita does belong on this list but if totodile is on it because he has physical even though he still wrecks every single thing easily that gen and cyndaquil is not then this list is just bad. No matter how much you try to justify it totodile cannot be placed on this list when it comes to. He tries to reason it out but they all fall flat by the fact that HMs exist and the best water moves are HM. Both surf and Waterfall. If he is talking gen 4 just give him waterfall, gen 2 just give him surf. his stats allow him to roll over anything that is thrown at him. Chikorita is in the wrong gen if you ask me. But totodile is by far the king of it. Especially if you check all the WR speed runs.
