Okay the fact that totodile is on this list makes it automatically suck. Bulbasaur also makes it automatically suck. Also something tells me you didn't use totodile in gen 2 because he was the most useful out of the three back then and the one for all of the speed run WR. i mean come on! Bulbasaur is also pretty OP with his sleep powder leech seed proceed to wreck everything strat, heck I played a hack where the creator dropped sleep powder from bulby cause it was making his hack too easy.
