If you're willing to try a game even if it's something that takes a long time to beat I'd recommend The Witcher 3 and Dragon Age: Inquisition. Shadow of Mordor, possibly. Arkham Knight is coming out in a few weeks. The previous two games made by Rocksteady were excellent so I'm sure this one will be amazing as well. |
Between a fulltime job, consulting on the side, and trying to set up my own business / emigrate to America, I don't actually have much time for games. An 8-10 hour game is going to take me a full month to get through, already. Longer games just reduce the amount of different experiences I can get. I haven't touched a game other than GTAV since I got that last November, and I don't want to do that again.
Don't laugh at me, but I actually play CoD for the singleplayer. Not touched the multiplayer since CoD4. From my understanding, Battlefield's singleplayer is basically nill.

Infamous is like 7 hours and the campaign was enjoyable for me.
I did find it short though, but you would appreciate that most likely.
