I bet you're happy that the Shockey-Saints deal didn't go through. He is one of my favorite TE in the league. I would of hated to have to beat him every year if he went to the Saints. |
I'm very happy we kept him. He isn't always the most consistent, but really helped out the first half of the season last year. I see him possibly being too prone to injury in the future, so I'm happy they have a fresh face like Phillips to bring up in case Shockey doesn't work out this new year. Quick question for everyone, since I see everyone has their eyes on the Cowboys being the team to beat this year. Any chance for the Giants to repeat? I don't necessarily mean go to the Super Bowl and win it, but do you think they can take the division this year from Dallas instead of a wildcard spot? Oh and just to get this out of the way, does anyone think that last minute fire in the ass was a one time thing or does anyone think the Giants are a new team now? |
I was just wondering does SHockey still get a SB ring since he played couple games during the season?...Tiki must be crying because he retired a year early . As for the team to beat in the NFC I think its the giants they are after all the SB champs, cowboys ain't far off tho . I'm gonna say Redskins come out first in that divsion just a wild guess :)....tho the Giants did lose a couple players their defense pass rushing will keep them in no matter what. Regular season seem so far away damnit :( !I'm ready to see if Arod can help the packers make a run now !
