Klinsmann goals? I doubt it. 
USA winning? I wouldn't be surprised. Klinsmann's US boys already beat Löw's Mannschaft (I think in 2013) and the German team is pretty vulnerable at the moment, they are in a necessary rebuilding phase which will take one more year.
