Well, I'm sure that more people would go digital if those prices were not ridiculous.
Especially in the UK and EU, where PSN prices are sometimes 20-30% higher than discs in stores or online. (One example is this week's PSN sale on Bloodborne, which even at a big discount is still more expensive than can be purchased on disc).
