I actually hated Sony when they were losing because they got super arrogant and I felt they deserved everything that was happening to them since they asked for it. Now they have learnt that lesson and are more careful.
But to be sincere every gaming company made this. Nintendo with N64, Sony with the PS3 and Microsoft with the Xbox One. At least Microsoft reacted much faster to that.
