Well the 908Ti looks pretty good, but if I were you I would wait until everything is more calm to buy something. Wait until AMd releases the full 300 series.
IMO I would buy the new AMD card since AMD is better for OpenCL (i like to do computing stuff) and also will benefit a lot more from Direct X 12 since it will have a better implementation. If I remember well the current Nvidia cards are Tier 2 implementation and the 300 series will be Tier 3.
