They chose to release this game 3 days after MGSV and Mad Max? They had the same problem as DR2 with marketing, they released it too close to major releases.
Dangan Ronpa 2 released the same day as the Sims 4, which swallowed up any marketing DR2 had. Next to no major gaming news sites gave DR2 any coverage because of that, which will be the same case for Dangan Ronpa: Another Episode. Whatever, hope it does well.
