It's disguting and what's worse is it's constantly ignored by the XBox guys!

The last exclusive game from Microsoft's 1st party was Kinect Sports Rivals, that released April last year, the next 1st party exclusive is Halo 5, that doesnt come out until October, thats 18 months without any 1st party exclusives on Xbox One, its beyond disgusting!!

Xbox One hasn't had an exclusive since Sunset Overdrive released, that was also an October released, so it's a full year between exclusives on Xbox One and Xbox Fans support that and wonder why PS4 is selling so much better, LMFAO!!

No Sony aren't in a similar position, because the last 1st party exclusive was Driveclub in October and PS4 doesn't have to wait a year from last October for it's next 1st party exclusive, because Tearaway Unfolded and Kill Strain are slated for the Summer time.

House stated that Sony's 1st party line-up is a little sparse, he didn't say that their exclusive line-up for 2015 is sparse and right now the only know 1st party exclusives coming in 2015 are Tearaway Unfolded and Kill Strain's, which gives room for more to be announced this year, because 2 games in a 12 month period is not even close to being "a little sparse" for output.

Bloodborne stopped being Niche when it sold as quickly as it did, over a million units is definitely no longer a niche title.

Halo 5 isnt interesting, its the same old 1st person shooter,

(Reads first line in bold, then reads the next bold part)

LMFAO!!!

Dude, you just contradicted yourself after Kinect Sports Rival the next exclusive was Sunset Overdrive that was released 6 months later. There was no 18 months without exclusives. Oh not to mention games like Forza Horizon 2 and Halo the Master Chief Collection that was released within those holidays.

When I read the next bold I didn't even bother reading the rest of your post because if you played the beta for Halo 5(which you didnt) it is different from the rest of the Halo games it is not the same old game from the past 14/15 years. What about games like Uncharted when I played the game it is no different from other Uncharted games, I even feel like the second game is overrated. So I don't know why you consider those disgusting no one is really thinking that besides you.

You need to actually read my post, particularly the part you bolded.

I said it's 18 months since Microsoft released their last 1st party exclusive, Sunset Overdrive is a 2nd party game, not 1st party, so no I didn't contradict myself, you just didn't read what I wrote.

Talking about exclusives Xbox One doesn't have any new exclusives coming for a full year, because Sunset Overdrive was the last one and it will be until Halo 5 releases, remember it's October 2014 to October 2015, with no new XB1 exclusives coming in all of that time, that's a full 12 months.

Yes 18 months without a single 1st party exclusive is disgusting, loads of people agree with it, all over the internet, it's just that XBox guys attempt to tune that out, by acting like Xbox exclusive releases are all that matters and they somehow have them coming at times when they don't.

Maybe saying Halo was the same old thing was a bit strong, but it's still one of only 2 outright exclusives coming to the platform this year (that we know about so far), of course Halo 5 will have it's new story dynamic with Locke and it's using the traversal gameplay like COD:AW/Titanfall and some booster stuff to change up gameplay a bit, but it's hardly inventive, I guess it's probably pretty fun though and it does work for a man in an exosuit, TBH I think Halo should have had that kind of an element from the start given what Chief is.

Uncharted 4 seems to be massively opening up the environments, the series always adds new puzzles, additions to gameplay, new animations and a very compelling story, all seemlessly rolled in together, it's definitely not the same old thing, it's actually very inventive and a deep and solid series, hence why it always scores so well and constantly grows it's install base with each new release.

I stand by my point about Microsoft's lack of support for their platform, seriously I don't see how anyone can be happy (on a console), waiting for a year for new exclusives, it's terrible and XBox guys just stick their fingers in their ears acting like that isn't the case when it absolutely is.

Where are the new IPs as exclusives for XBox One this year?

Sony has The Order, Bloodborne, Until Dawn, Kill Strain, etc, there's smaller games like Rime and there's probably going to be even more games coming this Fall, which is what Sony execs suggest with their comments, like Andrew House stating that 2015 is the beginning of a harvest period for 1st party and Fergal Gara outright stating that Sony aren't concerned about their Fall line-up.

Master Chief Collection isn't an exclusive to XBox One, it's a collection of games from the 360 or OG Xbox.

Forza Horizon 2 is a cross platform release.

Seriously dude Microsoft needs to step it up, their support of exclusives on Xbox One has been absolutely terrible, we're half way through the year already and MS hasn't released a single one so far, that's poor!!

You only see it that way, for some people who own an X1(like me) this doesn't really seem the case. Microsoft already stated they will show more exclusives at E3 so they are already stepping up. Also where does it stated that everyone agrees that Microsoft first party lineup is discusting? Show me the forums because I check everywhere and I don't see them. Still Sunset Overdrive is still an exclusive regardless on who owns it it is available only on Xbox One, you can't spin that in anyway.

What do you mean it doesn't seem like the case? That's how it is, Xbox One hasn't had a single new exclusive (by which I mean a game that's only on that one system) since Sunset Overdrive.

Microsoft said they're announcing a new IP at E3, maybe they'll announce more, but that doesn't change the games releasing so far this year. Absolute best case scenario Microsoft announces a game at E3 that releases there and then, but it's still over 6 months into this year with no new games that are only on Xbox One and they'd likely only do that with a smaller title, but I guess it would be something.

Since Sunset Overdrive was the last exclusive and that released on October it's been about 8 months without a single new XBox One exclusive, it's a common opinion among the people that are gamers, I'm not doing your work for you, it's happened on this Forum, I see the comments all the time.

I'm sure if I asked people to reply to me here in this very thread that they'd agree it's disgusting.

I own a 360 and an Original XBox, I didn't even own a PS2 during the 6th gen, I was mainly an XBox gamer back then and if my platform holder of choice didn't release a single exclusive on my system of choice for that long I'd be utterly disgusted, yet you put up with it, even act like it's fine and you're supporting that kind of treatment a company.

I didn't try to spin Sunset Overdrive into not being an exclusive, I said it was an exclusive, what I originally was talking about was that 1st party hadn't delivered a single exclusive, developed by a Microsoft owned studio to Xbox One for 18 months, which is true.

As far as new Xbox One exclusives there hasn't been a single one on the system for 8 months and if nothing is announced at E3 coming before October then you will have waited an entire year for a new exclusive to come to Xbox One.

There's no spin coming from me, I'm clearly point out that Xbox one hasn't had a single new exclusive since Sunset Overdrive released and you're apparently fine with that.

PS4 has had 2 exclusives since Driveclub released, one of which is the highest rated exclusive on either system.
