I think the real question is, "Is the Wii version delayed or nonexistent?" Regardless, bad move on Ubisoft's part! I'd even expect a DS version if not a Wii version. And even if a Wii version is in the works, it'll probably be out for the PS2 as well, therefore resulting in a PS2 "waggle" port as some of you guys call it!
