They arent really high budget games and you can see that, space enverioment is easy to do anyways alien isolation looks pretty much the same

Knack was a high budget game? Infamous first light even? The order probably cost a bundle but was it worth it to sony? 

Consoles are practically set spec pcs these days with DLC, patches, and installs. I have no idea why you are bagging out pcs...
