I believe you are right on all your claims. And possibly the WiiU is very balanced. But overall weak, maybe for current gen the biggest problem on WiiU is RAM size or bandwidth, but for the system itself it isn't.
For what Nintendo uses it is quite enough and output great games, but maybe if it had an similar architeture to ps4x1 it would get more ports even if powerwise it still were close to what it have now (but probably would lose retrocompatibility, which I don't mind because I have Wii).
Anyway since WiiU would be my second console I don't need it to be more powerfull, but would love it cheaper and that Nintendo games were cheaper as well.
