In english class growing up, I never knew how to end an essay. When I asked a teacher if I were done with my essay after they read it, the teacher only told me if I were happy with it. I would tell her that I am happy with it. Then she told me, then you are done. So I'm done with it and I hand the essay to the teachers. I got a C+ on the essay. I think all games that are release and the producers are fine to call it finished and done, are done. But it doesn't mean that the games are good, they're probably finished, but they suck.
At the end of the day, games introduced to the market are only as good as the effort placed on them. You can either write Shakespeare or Michael Bay.
