Bison and Vega are confirmed in Street Fighter 4

From http://www.kobayan.jp/ we got the following Scan form the Japanese Magazine "Arcadia" where they confirm that Bison and Vega are returning as bosses in Street Fighter 4:

 

 

Also a video was leaked on Youtube Showing Bison Fighthing against Red Viper:

 

So, Bison is coming back from death???
