The way you represented it wasnt gonna work because you pulled out natan drake instead of kids friendly ips. Also its mostly nintendo people who voted no there

The thread talks about NFC as a whole, from Skylanders to Infinity and then to Amiibo. The topic was about Sony or MS making their own figures to try their own open world game, or unlockable content. Nathen Drake was one example I used for a poll. People could have made other suggestions. I didn`t limit it to one character or anything.

 

Also, amiibo sell well because people want their favorite characters and the figurines look cool. I don`t think Nintendo hyping the figures is the only reason they sell so well...
