In my opinion, the sensible approach would be to wait and see.
I know you want to build your new rig this month, but if you've waited this long, you can wait a little more to see the whole picture. After all, AMD will reveal it's Fiji card(s) either Wednesday at Computex or in a couple of weeks at E3.
Just think about it, why would Nvidia release a card that matches the $1,000 TitanX for $650 if it isn't because they know what it is about to come? It's better to wait and be 100% sure on your purchase than buying now and then regretting it.
