Is it possible to get multiple pre-order only DLCs at a reasonable price (as in, not paying for the game twice?)

I think DLC prints on a receipt now. You could preorder, get the DLC, use it, return the game unopened with receipt. Shady but pwould probably work. For what costs $5 more than likely you be better saving your time and money not doing such a shady scam and but the DLC.
