Nintendo made a huge profit with Rare, and they did invest for the better. Besides, with the way they are running their franchises to the ground, it was very wise to let them go. Perfect Dark and Conker deserved better fates than their x-box efforts. Banjo is their only hope to walk out the slump they're in, but it will still have to compare to SMG.
