Ha, I was so sure that Denmark was qualified that I didn't check your OP. Seeing that they actually finished their qualifiying group in 3rd place behind Switzerland and Iceland is a small surprise to me after Euro 2013 where they beat France in quarter finals (but granted, they made it to the QF without a win in group stage).
Anyway: I won't make a prediction for group stage but I will be surprised if USA won't win their 3rd world cup. I think they have currently the strongest team and I expect the final to be the same as in Algarve Cup two months ago: FRA vs. USA.
