The OS upgrade is free this time, however. I think devs will move forward fairly quickly with this, I've not read any negative comments about DX12 yet.

I'm not saying negative. I'm just saying every DX has the same publicity line. And what happens, ultimatly? Never this epic amazing thing ever. I still count it as a forced upgrade. I don't want to upgrade due to me having to deal with work impact delays. It depends if the person is inconvenance to need to switch the OS or not. And personally, still will not treat this free OS upgrade as actually fully free.
