You're right. It does nothing to deviate from the formula. Let's diminish the game neither of us have played.

I don't have to play the next Call of Duty Black Ops to know it'll play the same as the previous titles with minor changes, just as I can tell you the game as a Dynasty Warriors clone will play like a Dynasty Warriors. 

I've watched gameplay to the game.  It has came out in Japan and there are several walkthroughs of it.  Just because I haven't played it doesn't mean I can't tell it's the same game with a new coat of paint.
