I'm sorry?

Halo, Forza, Tomb Raider and Fable.

They have four franchises ranging from massive to big launching exclusively in the lead up too and through the holiday season.

Thats before you look at smaller exclusives and the myriad multiplatforms.

I feel like this is a joke thread...

Halo and Forza aren't releasing during the Holiday period which is November-December.

Forgot about Fable but it's just a f2p title it'll go unnoticed like Project Spark did last year. So yeah as far as Holiday 2015 goes we have just one timed exclusive.

Its naive to think that Halo, and to a lessor extent Forza, will not have an impact on the holidays. Halo has always released in September, and it has always had a positive impact on sales for months.

Fable's previews have been almost universally positive. Upwards of 5 million people bought Fable 3. I agree that there is a degree of uncertainty given its changed nature, but being dismissive of it is unrealistic IMO.

Tomb Raider certainly is timed. But with no confirmation it will ever come to the Xbox One's rival consoles (and you have specified that this thread is about consoles), I'd say it will still have an impact.

As mZuzek said - even if you don't like the Xbox One's line up is still better than its two competitors this holiday...so at worst it could be the third "worst Holiday for console in history"
