Okay. This is just a sad story. Really sad. Its so sad that you guys might cry a lot. So I have decided not to post. Sob. 
Today I exchanged Witcher 3 (region all copy) with Witcher 3 (region 3) copy. I wanted all english manuals and map. Now the game wont run from the old install. I have to start again. 27 hours of gameplay ruined.
