This statement comes across as damage control, nothing more. You just don't call one model a legacy model

It definitely is damage control. Like you said and Ive said earlier, its weird to call it a legacy model.

Haha I'd be more than happy with a Vita clone from Nintendo too. SD card compatability and a slight beefing up of the specs and you've pretty much got as good a handheld as you could hope to have.
