Ok, so I'll make this post to clarify everything and make it official. I agree to the following if you agree as well:

I bet that a 9.8 earthquake won't hit California between today and January 1st, you say yes. Whoever is correct wins:

1) One month of avatar and sig control for whoever wins. No disclaimer can be written saying that the avatar and sig are the result of a lost bet.

2) Loser has to make at least 15 posts per week during said month.

3) The loser cannot reject the avatar and signature the winner selects.
