The game as it is feels more 'episodic' than unfinished to me though, as they're releasing new content like every week or so (so I'm pretty sure parts of it are already finished). At least, when we consider that 'unfinished game' usually means a game filled with glitches and stuff. If anything, the practice of releasing free DLC over a relatively long period of time makes for a game that remains fresh and potentially played for much longer. I know I greatly enjoy when I put a game in one of my consoles and the system tells me there's been an update with new content to explore.
