the strongest of those is the PS4.
The ad isnt wrong, its the most powerful consol in the world (right now).

How is using a 360 or X1 controller not a viable controller option? The OS does't make it a console, an OS is just an OS, all it does is give you a way to access the games you want to play. Whether it's Debian Linux (SteamOS), Windows, Mac, a Unix variant (most consoles), it makes no difference.
