Dragon Quest's upcoming announcement to be Playstation bound?

I expect it to be a PS3 game if the home console thing still sticks. Maybe a PS4 version with the same graphics at 1080p as well. Otherwise, possibly it can be an NX title that is playable on both their handheld and home-console form factors.
