As for the STM, you said yourself it existed in 2012 as part of the pre-alpha. That version of the STM was SUFFICIENT for the U. The added complexity could have been left for the stronger consoles. That's software architecture and it is certainly feasible and simple to decouple the complexity of the STM with the rest of the game.

Devs were dissapointed in the CPUs performance compared to both the Xenos and Cell.

More was added to the game and engine since 2012. So just because STM + everything else ran at 30fps in 2012 doesnt mean STM + everything else will run at 30fps in 2015.

Geez. A lot happens in 3 years. That extra 6 month delay was probably an attempt to rectify the issue on Wii U specifically, why cant you guys see that? You're just out for blood.

And its no wonder they didnt release any Wii U footage if it ran at 23fps this late in the cycle, for fucks sake. They wouldnt release any stills either cause they hadn't made any cuts just yet, lest they got cries of "downgradation" and "gimping".

I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime.
