Yep basically everyone thats tried it, compaired it to the oculus rift, and said it was a better experiance and was more comfortable to wear.

  Morpheus looks like its the best of the bunch atm, when it comes to VR (the headpeice anyways).
Oculus rift will have the advantage of much more powerfull pcs that can do VR, but the device itself, isnt as "mass market" ready as the morpheus is.

And yet, look at the way that is going, it has alot of hype and people that want to buy it.

VR is mass market ready, it just needs to be priced right and have some game developers step up and deliver a good game for it.

I'm growing more confident as time goes by that support will be sufficient for VR to be a sucess. Both from Sony and third party developers. Ubisoft has major VR games due out next year, Sony opened a new studio just to make VR games, and more VR compatible games are being announced all the time.

So that leaves price. Sadly, we don't have much to go on as far as how much it will cost. That information will come.
