I remember microsoft said that the xbox one is very similar to a pc in terms of hardware and software (i guess the os is some kind of windows 8?).

They said a port from windows to xbox one could be done in less then a week but i doubt thats right^^

Otherwhise we would have seen ALOT old games (like skyrim and co) already on the xbox one.
