Mmmh. Sad but if so - who cares?
Not having a Wii U version isn't that big financial loss - other than the development efforts already put into it - and eventually broken promises to those kickstart backers...
But I hope they scale back the graphics. As long as the cars handle "correctly" many Wii U owners won't mind as they didn't expect graphics wonders in the first place.
Much more important is having the cars console or steering wheel on the GamePad. Imagine a force feedback wheel where you can insert the gamepad AND modify all those cars parameters as in "real life" - more Formula 1 feeling isn't possible. Regardless of the graphics fidelity on the TV screen !!!
