Did you play Wii Sports - or better Wii Sports Resort or Wii Sports Club (Wii U) ??
If you're doing it "right" (speak: you're engaged which being these titles are all about) - you will move your bodys position within the room.
Moving your bodys position while wearing a VR headset is recipe for desaster bigger than broken Wii Mote straps
