EDIT: You asked that I have played.... I think the most rush I ever got out of a game that was on the xbox or 360, was CoD4 (I played the PS3 version, but it's the same game), but if you only get one game, it might not be the longest experience.

I don't think anyone needs GTAIV or COD4 to be suggested to them at this point. Why not something a little less mainstream that could actually help out a purchaser?

 

 Ok, I really enjoyed Kameo. It was a 360 launch title, and it's not that high profile, but it was a very fun game to play :)
