Wake up and read... Sales back then were higher back then due to lack of online piracy.,.. Plus, that girl isn't even relevant outside Japan. Taylor is the only artist in the history of the united states to ever accomplish the feature. Are you living under a rock or are you just ignorant and rely on google relating to an artist that is only famous in 1 country? Taylor is a worldside star... You cannot compare sales in the 90s and early 2000s to now.. For every album sold today 5 were sold back then. If this was 2000 Taylor would have sold 3 million her first week with every album.

blah blah blah blah.

you claimed she was the first to achieve it, i pointed out she wasnt, case closed.

Well honestly that's what Billboard said:

http://www.billboard.com/articles/columns/chart-beat/6304536/official-taylor-swifts-1989-debuts-with-1287-million-sold-in

"- Swift is the only act to earn three million-selling weeks with an album. She also racked up million-selling weeks with the debuts of Red (1.208 million) and Speak Now (1.047 million). She was already the only woman to have two million-selling frames. (Her first two albums, 2008's Fearless and her 2006 self-titled debut, bowed with 592,000 and 39,000, respectively.)"

They don't mention it in the article which can confuse some people but they were talking about the US only.
