Waiting here too. I wont jump on the 960 because of the 2gb 128bit memory. I'm hoping the 960Ti offers at least 3gb memory. That, or AMD offers something better.
I'm getting a WQHD monitor soon though it's not for gaming, but for the occasional game session I'd like to be able to decently push those pixels.
