On the top of my head:

· Resident Evil 6. I would have mentioned RE5 as well, but there seems to be some good love for it from time to time, so I refrained including it too. Anyways, Resident Evil 6 is a solid game that, outside going the Michael Bay path wayyyy too much at times, it's perfectly fine, functional and fun to play. It might not have been what people wanted for a RE sequel, but I enjoyed my sweet time with it nonetheless. It also features the best iteration of The Mercenaries yet.

· Silent Hill: Homecoming. I never understood why this game is severely bashed. The story is nice, although it heavily relies on things you already know from previous iterations, and the Alex character isn't bad at all (I guess people didn't like him being a combat-based guy). The only thing that doesn't make sense here is Pyramid Head, but I can't just put down a great game for relying on the saga fanservice trademark.

· Killer is Dead. Solid hack n' slash mechanics, vague but interesting story and boobs. Why didn't the people like this game again?

· Final Fantasy XIII. It seems that people have been "warming up" to this game these past years, but still, consider for a huge amount the worst game on the whole franchise an a diservice to JRPGs in general. I disagree. I loved every single second from it, aside for being too easy at times.
