The same WCCFTech claims the R9 390 chips will be Hawaii based, that is, GTX 970 levels. I think you are mixing it up. The Fiji chips with HBM memory supposedly will not be using the same nomenclature, and I bet they are probably around Titan levels, not significantly better.
Edit - I'm more interested on see how the Zen CPUs will turn out instead of this last bath of 28nm monstruosities. I mean, Bulldozer/Vishera was a huge letdown. I just discovered that on a per core, per clock basis, they are worse than the Phenom IIs. How messed up is that? If I were AMD, I would be showing the door to some developers right away...
