PC will always be number 1 due to its vast library, infinite backwards compatibility, freedom to tweak setting, best visuals and fps, etc.)

As far as non-pc...

1. SNES (Seriously: Super Metroid, FF4-6, Chrono Trigger, Zelda 3, Secret of Mana 1/2, DKC 1-3, Super Wario World 1-2, Tales of Phantasia, Castlevania 4, Demon's Crest, many many others...most importantly, most of these games have aged really well, unlike many N64 and ps1 games)

2. PS2 (wonderful games in all genres, some of the best rpgs and games ever that still play and look great)

3. NES (Not much needs to be said; so many classics on here)

4. PS1 (while most games have aged like poopoo, the system was super incredible for its time and has some wonderful, wonderful games)

5. Not sure. Probably the original Xbox. I think it is super underrated and I loved the library and controller. Then again, maybe wii for its uniqueness. But I think the entire 7th gen was absolutely terrible despite having some wonderful games

All I know is SNES and PS2 and far and away the best.
